Harry Tracosas is the founder and president of Global Production Network (GPN). The company connects producers and production companies with a worldwide network of top-level production service companies. Starting in March of 2004 with 40-50 companies and countries represented, GPN has grown to 70 companies in its first year and a half in business.

Tracosas began his journey into the world of international film production from his Los Angeles base when he opened The Production Network in 2001. He merged efforts with Production Point in 2002 when he joined the Internet start-up as VP of International Production.

Prior to these endeavors, Tracosas helmed the Miami Beach production services company
Walk On Water for 11 years. Building on his expertise as a producer and an underwater cinematographer, Tracosas led Walk On Water to become one of the most respected production service companies in the continental United States, Caribbean and Latin America regions, serving national and international clients.

The company delivered production estimates, location research, logistics coordination, crews and equipment, land-air-sea transportation and on-site production management services on commercials, music videos, feature films and TV projects during its time in business. While capable of providing the wide-range of production services, Walk On Water specialized in on-water and underwater projects.

As a creative and technical consultant with an underwater specialty, Tracosas worked with Steven Spielberg and Jeffrey Katzenberg on the development and launch of the now defunct DIVE! restaurant in Century City, CA.

A true veteran of the production services industry, Tracosas has worked with directors Antonio Banderas, Gus Van Sant, Bob Giraldi and Frank Budgen; on films Crazy In Alabama and Rushmore; on television series Fear Factor, Karen Sisco and Boom Town; on numerous music videos; and on television commercials for major clients including Coca Cola, US Army, Animal Planet, Southwest Airlines and Bahamas Tourism.
