During the researching and bidding process, GPN can be involved or uninvolved. In some cases, GPN is asked for contact information and references in specific countries or regions. In other cases, GPN is asked to actively collaborate.

GPN can be involved in any or all the following:

  • initial discussion of a project or review of storyboards
  • exploration of location options
  • cost comparisons of various countries
  • initial location and talent research, and country selection
  • the bidding process in one or more countries

GPN is free of charge to its clients. As an agent, GPN’s fees are paid by its production service companies when projects are awarded.

8. How quickly can GPN’s companies deliver location photos and/or cost estimates?

Location Photos: Depending on when inquiries are received, the nature of the inquiry and the time zone in the countries being considered, location photos can be posted as early as 4 hours of an inquiry.

Cost Estimates: Once the scope of a project is determined and the specifications are provided, budgets can usually be turned around in 12-24 hours.
