Peter Grasse – Founder & Producer at Mr+Positive, Tokyo

Peter Grasse is an awarded producer who shaped the reputation of Asia-Pacific’s most dynamic production companies in New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan. For more than a decade Grasse has produced some of the World’s most talked-about and awarded commercial campaigns. Having been ranked in the Top Three Production Companies of the Decade by BestAds, he continues to cultivate the Asia-Pacific region’s most inspiring new talent as Mr+Positive Tokyo.

Peter joined Curious Film Auckland as General Manger in 2004. Soon thereafter he launched new production offices in Sydney & Singapore. Under his leadership, Grasse’s team was awarded 3 Grands Prix, 3 Gold Lions, the Cannes Film Festival’s Semaine de la Critique Grand Prix for Stephen Kang’s Blue, as well as being name Ciclope’s Asia Pacific Production Company of the Year from 2013 to 2015. Peter moved to Japan in 2016 in search of fresh thinking and new challenges. Grasse has chaired the film craft jury at Ciclope, Spikes, Lisbon Award and served on juries for Cannes Lions, Adfest, Axis, Shots, 1.4, The Immortals and Madstars. Peter returned to Cannes as a speaker in 2017 after speaking on the ’Redefinition of Production Value’ at the 2016 Entertainment Lions.

Since then, he’s been busy producing award-wining work in and from Japan as Mr+Positive!

Antonella Scoliero - CEO at 360FX, Italy

Antonella's journey in the advertising sector spans over 25 years, marked by a rich tapestry of experiences. She embarked on her career in renowned agencies such as Publicis, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Bates, where she honed her skills and laid the groundwork for her illustrious path.

In 1991, she ventured into the realm of production, immersing herself for several years and garnering invaluable insights along the way. These formative years served as the bedrock of her remarkable career.

Amidst her journey through various production companies, Antonella's vision crystallized into 360FX, a Table Top company. With passion and dedication, she established 360FX as a beacon of creativity and excellence. Today, as its Executive Producer and CEO, Antonella continues to infuse the company with her unwavering commitment and innovative spirit, propelling 360FX to new heights of success and distinction.

Morgann Brunn - EP at La Plante Rouge VTR Studio, France

Since her early years, Morgann has found herself drawn to the world of arts, particularly captivated by theatre, dance, and film. As she embarked on her academic pursuits, her fascination with cinema took root, leading her to study in France and later in the Netherlands. During her time abroad, spanning a decade, Morgann began her professional journey, initially finding her footing as an event producer, where she had the privilege of contributing to several internationally recognized festivals.

Later, as she delved into post-production as post-producer, she found herself continually inspired by the limitless potential of visual creativity, particularly in the realm of special effects.

Upon returning to France in 2020, Morgann started to work at La Planète Rouge. In collaboration with her team, she played a part in the establishment of Provence Studios' virtual studio, The Next Stage, contributing her insights to the ongoing development of pioneering technology in the industry.

Presently, has head of development and production at La Planete Rouge, Morgann finds fulfillment in sharing her experiences and knowledge with fellow audiovisual professionals, guiding them in adopting new technologies. She remains committed to propelling the industry forward with a spirit of boldness and innovation.

Hicham Hajji - Director & EP at The Talkies, Morocco & Middle East

Hicham’s journey in the film industry began humbly, starting as a Production Assistant and working his way up to become a First Assistant Director. In 2008, he founded his production company, H Films, which quickly became a key player in providing production services for large-scale projects filming in Morocco, also built on a collaboration with The Talkies. As the first Moroccan to develop, produce, and direct Hollywood feature films, such as “Redemption Day” with Andy Garcia, Hicham has also overseen the creation of TV commercials for top brands like Land Rover Defender, Hermes, Samsung, Toyota, PeaceCorps, Alka Seltzer, British Army, and KFC.

Shayne Brookstein is a Partner and Exec Producer at Moonlighting Commercials – one of South Africa’s leading production service companies.

She has been in the production industry for 30+ years with experience that spans both director-based and service production. Shayne is incredibly well-respected amongst South Africa crew, while her experience & calm, solution-finding approach inspire confidence and trust in producers from all over the world. Under her leadership, Moonlighting service all genres & size of productions – from commercials to TV, doccies & stills – across all media platforms, for clients around the world, including the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, the UAE, Australia and beyond.

Carla Genoud, born in Argentina, embarked on her career in the dynamic world of film and commercials. With a passion for storytelling and visual artistry, Carla has made significant strides in the industry over the past 25 years, working with world-acclaimed directors and brands. She moved to Europe 20 years ago and is currently the Executive Producer at Mamma Team in Spain, a position she has held for the past 13 years. She has enjoyed being part of the company's growth, contributing to and evolving with Mamma Team's success.

Halie Graham - EP at The Garage, N.Y. USA

Halie hails from Georgia where she got her start at SCAD and caught the production bug. With a background in fine art and design, she takes creativity to every bid, chat, and board. After starting in fashion then sports at Time Inc., she crash landed in tabletop production and has been marinating in 'bots & rigs ever since. Driven with a deep understanding of line production, she has taken a modern approach to EP'ing that can often be felt in the hallowed halls of The Garage.
