Thomas Amoedo - an Argentinean Executive Producer and a leading voice in the production industry from Mexico and Latin America.
Raised at Landia, the top Spanish-speaking production company of the past two decades, Thomas has built his career producing award-winning projects for brands like Apple, Nike, Corona, Coca-Cola, Scrabble, and Nissan, to name a few.
Since relocating to Mexico City in 2016, he has led Landiaâs growth in the market and co-founded Landia Content, a division focused on original content development and production.
He has produced internationally celebrated campaigns including "Young & Mature" for Axe, "Miraculous Hen" for Andes, "Man Boobs" for MACMA, "Anagram Lovers" for Scrabble, "Volkswagen Trucks", and "Save the Children", which earned Mexicoâs first Cannes Lion in Craft.
Recently, he has been behind award-winning campaigns such as "This is Not a Game" for Movistar, "Periodistas" for Propuesta CĂvica, and "ÂĄSuerte!" for Apple.
In 2024, Thomas launched Morning Films, the production service division of Landia, and in 2025 co-founded Entropy, now the leading Latin American AI company focused on content production powered by artificial intelligence. Ines Aylmira King is featured as a panelist at this leading industry event, contributing to a session titled "Values Vs Volatility: Why CSR & Creativity Gains More Importance with AI." The talk explores whether technology could become the ultimate muse for human creativity, highlighting how AI introduces new tools and perspectives that expand possibilities in storytelling, innovation, and production craft.

Shauna Seresin - Co-Founder of Minerva
Shauna Seresin is the Co-Founder of Minerva, a business development and management consulting company representing a diverse, award-winning roster of companies and creative talent to leading brands and advertising agencies.
Her career began in the advertising industry at The Mill and Smoke & Mirrors, later transitioning to agency production at CHI & Partners (now T&Pm), where she produced high-profile campaigns for clients including Toyota, Lexus, the Royal Bank of Scotland, and The Sunday Times.
A long-standing advocate for diversity and inclusion in advertising, marketing, and media, Shauna is passionate about opening doors and creating opportunities for women and minorities. She serves on the AMP Social Inclusion Cultural Committee and has been an Advisory Board Member of the Commercial Directors Diversity Program as well as the international organization People of Colour Creatives (POCC)
Shauna has shared her insights on numerous diversity and inclusion panels, including those hosted by the University of Texas Diversity and Equity Student Council, Utopia, and other organizations focused on cultural change in business. She also mentors and coaches emerging talent through programs such as the London International Awards (LIA) Creative LIAisons Coach.
Idse Grotenhuis - Founding Partner, Managing Director and Producer at ReadySet Studios
Idse Grotenhuis is a Founder, Managing Director and Producer at ReadySet Studios. A creative entrepreneur, Grotenhuis brings more than 30 years of experience as an independent producer and director to his current role. Grotenhuis began his career as a director and expanded his expertise over the years to creative production, managing projects through to the finishing stages of production  His credits include the acclaimed television drama series âTurbulent Skies,â âTowers of Power,â âDivorce,â âGolden Mountains,â as well as the longest-running daily soap opera in the Netherlands, âGood Times Bad Times.â
In 2022, in response to the rapidly changing media landscape in the Netherlands and globally, Grotenhuis launched Amsterdam-based ReadySet Studios, the first virtual production studio in the Netherlands to introduce LED walls and game engine technology to create in-camera VFX techniques that offer the industry at large powerful creative and green production technology advantages. Under his direction, the studio benefits from his production, logistical and financial expertise to deliver makers with the latest virtual production innovation and sustainability standards that reduce the impact of television and film production on the environment.
Chrissie Cremers - Co-founder and Creative Lead at Aigency Amsterdam
In under two years, Aigency Amsterdam has grown into one of Europeâs leading independent AI agencies, working with international clients such as Panasonic, TomTom, and KPMG. With a background as a creative director for sustainable brands, Chrissie brings her passion for impact to the synthetic media industry.
A dedicated advocate for ethical AI, she focuses on prompting against bias and raising the standard for diverse, authentic AI-generated visuals. One of her key projects is DigiAnne â a joint initiative by Moederannecasting Ă Aigency Amsterdam. DigiAnne bridges the gap between the real and synthetic worlds by creating digital twins of uniquely beautiful and diverse individuals. It is built specifically to meet the needs of brands and agencies seeking inclusive synthetic representation that reflects todayâs society.
Peter Grasse â Founder & Producer at Mr+Positive, Tokyo
Peter Grasse is an awarded producer who shaped the reputation of Asia-Pacificâs most dynamic production companies in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore and Japan. For more than a decade Grasse has produced some of the Worldâs most talked-about and awarded commercial campaigns. Having been ranked in the #1 Production Company in Asia by LBB Â Top Three Production Companies of the Decade by BestAds, he continues to cultivate the Asia-Pacific regionâs most inspiring new talent as Mr+Positive.
Peter joined Curious Film Auckland as General Manger in 2004. Soon thereafter he launched new production offices in Sydney & Singapore to supply a growing Australasian demand for crafted commercial filmmaking. Under his leadership, Grasseâs team was awarded 3 Grands Prix, 3 Gold Lions, the Cannes Film Festivalâs Semaine de la Critique Grand Prix  as well as being name Ciclopeâs Asia Pacific Production Company of the Year from 2013 to 2015. Peter moved to Japan in 2016 in search of fresh challenges. There Grasse launched Mr+Positive Tokyo and soon produced work that would go on to win top advertising honours worldwide.
Grasse served on juries for Cannes Lions, Adfest, Axis, and Adstars and chaired the film craft jury at Ciclope, Spikes, Lisbon and Award. Grasse has also lead sessions on craft at advertising events around the globe. Speaking on âMy Mutant Musical Mindâ at Cannes Lions  and âThe Redefinition of Production Valueâ at the Entertainment Lions. Mr+Positive  was awarded the  APAC Music Video of the Year in 2024 by Shots Magazine. In 2025 Grasse launched Mr+Positive in Singapore.
